GEUEE operates strictly as an independent design studio, editorial reviewer, and curated archive for vintage-inspired menswear and accoutrements. We do not operate as a direct mass-market mass-retailer. We do not directly collect, process, or store financial payments, nor do we directly manage inventory, packaging, or physical shipping warehouses.

When you click our “BUY ON ZAZZLE” or “CUSTOMIZE & BUY” direct-checkout portals, you are immediately entering a secure strategic pipeline hosted by our partner platform, Zazzle.com. For artistic collaborations or editorial inquiries, you may reach our design steward directly via the contact metrics integrated strictly within our global website footer.

The Contract of Sale: Your final transaction, sizing customization, payment processing, tax calculation, and order fulfillment are executed strictly between you and Zazzle.

Limitation of Liability: GEUEE holds no direct legal responsibility or liability for third-party logistical delays, package losses, product defects, or refund disputes caused during the printing and fulfillment process on Zazzle. All customer service inquiries regarding checkout or shipping metrics must be directed to Zazzle Support.

3. Intellectual Property and Creative Stewardship

All creative assets, including but not limited to the original “Classic Triangular American Flag” design, the “Vintage Knight” Roman Equites crest, editorial brand stories, and historical photography curations published on geuee.com, are the exclusive intellectual property of GEUEE and our licensed design network. Unauthorized cloning, scraping, or commercial reproduction of our visual aesthetics or textual framework without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Ambassador and Affiliate Disclosure

Pursuant to international FTC advertising mandates, GEUEE explicitly discloses that outward paths to Zazzle embed authorized ambassador tracking metrics. We receive a designated design royalty and affiliate commission upon your final custom purchase, which directly sustains our independent cultural curation and rigorous craftsmanship test of time.

5. Amendments to Terms
